My transformation story started with fainting and shingles 😅 To be honest, I never thought I could fit into such tiny bikinis in this life. As someone who has easily gained weight since childhood, I tried countless diets: starving myself, cutting out carbs, eating barely anything, and over-exercising… Then suddenly, I fainted, developed shingles, had a weak immune system, got sick easily, suffered from lower body obesity and water retention, and ended up wearing larger-sized pants. My complexion was terrible too. My eye bags were so big I couldn’t hide them, and I felt tired all the time.
